16-year-old Berliner Mifti refuses to go to school, preferring to party, drink, slack off, experiment with sex and drugs, and spurn adulthood as an axolotl, a Mexican amphibian which nature has granted the ability to spend its entire life in the pubescent stage of development, quickly regenerate anything lost, and transform into someone completely different.
