Ondrej Prostredník is a Lutheran theologian and university teacher. In 2017 he spoke at Bratislava’s Rainbow Pride parade, which sparked outrage among many in Slovakia’s Protestant community. As a result, the Conference of Lutheran Bishops in Slovakia removed him from his teaching post. He has since earned the Human Rights Defender Award.
