Quiet, lonely Pedro is awaiting trial for harming his classmate while defending himself from bullying. He doesn’t regret what he’s done, and he refuses to be an “upstanding citizen”, barely scraping by on the occasional odd job. He prefers to make ends meet via internet, where he dances on request, decorated with fluorescent paint. But his routine is disrupted by two consequential circumstances: his loving sister, his only support, is moving for work, and a certain Leo has begun to imitate his dancing, depriving Pedro of clients. A (not necessarily) unlikely (love) story set in the “shifting city” of Porto Alegre.
